Floors.
A continuous floor across an open plan, with no thresholds between rooms. Goes over existing tile or concrete, so the floor height barely changes and doors still clear.
Over what is already there.
Because the system is thin — roughly 3mm — and bonds to what's already there, it works over tile, concrete, plywood and existing subfloor. In most rooms nothing is torn out, so floor heights, door clearances and appliance openings usually stay as they are.
How thick is it?
Roughly 3mm across six coats in three stages: two base coats, two color coats, two finish coats, with cure time between each.
Does it crack?
The system is applied over a prepared, stable substrate with a reinforcing layer in the build-up. Substrate preparation is where cracking is prevented, which is why we spend time on it before the first coat goes on.
